Jason's 20+ years' experience leading technology implementation and adoption programs has given him the expertise to help organizations overcome the largest challenge they face - getting people to use technology to deliver results. Jason has a master's degree in information systems from the London School of Economics, a master's degree in organization development & strategic human resource from Johns Hopkins University, and a bachelor's degree in business administration from George Washington University.

Steven W. Lichtenfels - Executive Vice President of Sales

Steve's considerable experience in IT and Management consulting, Managed IT solutions, MSP / SaaS, Software development, and Business Process Improvement consulting provides the groundwork for understanding what really works for our clients. Steve's extensive career has given him a unique ability to intuitively integrate business and technology goals for his clients. Steve has a bachelor's degree in Management from Providence College.

Jen Maclean-Rogan - Vice President of Client Success

Jen leads the Tri Tuns consulting teams in accelerating software adoption and driving customer success to ensure our clients experience value and a profitable return on their IT investments. She is a leader in developing and implementing solutions and service offerings that help people embrace technology and change. Jen has almost 20 years of experience in the IT industry with a master's degree in organizational development from George Washington University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jim Doiron - Principal Consultant

Jim is a uniquely qualified leader of software adoption and customer success efforts. He has more than 25 years of program management experience leading multiple, large-scale technology implementation and software adoption programs, and has a master’s degree in information technology and a doctoral degree in human and organizational learning from George Washington University.

Diane Mazzoli - Principal Consultant

Diane is an organizational effectiveness leader with more than 25 years of experience providing strategic direction and technology implementation support to organizations immersed in complex, enterprise-wide change initiatives. She has exceptional program management experience and leads the user adoption components of transformational change programs. Diane is certified in advanced facilitation skills and Myers-Briggs.
