- “The Future of IT Project Management: Managing Projects to Ensure End-User adoption and ROI.” Presented at the ProMAC 2008 project management conference (sponsored by University of Alaska) in Anchorage, AK in September, 2008.
- “How Organization Development (OD) can Improve IT Effectiveness.” Delivered to a global energy company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project team (client) in London, England in 2007.
- “User Training & Deployment Preparation” – Designed, presented and facilitated a 2 week conference for an international client that was preparing for a deployment of a CRM system across several offices in Europe.
