Jason Whitehead – President and Founder 
Jason is a leading expert in IT effectiveness. He has twelve years of experience implementing information systems and driving organizational change in a variety of small, medium and large organizations. Jason’s technology experience is focused on leading packaged based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system implementations. Jason has worked with a variety of Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, not-for-profit organizations, and global consultancies. He has conducted domestic and international projects with major global clients including Texas Instruments, AT&T, Bell South, BP, Nissan, Sabre Holdings, Kimberly-Clark, American Re-Insurance, Union Planters National Bank, and the National Institute of Health Federal Credit Union (NIHFCU) Jason's education includes:
Bridgette Rippel Vargas – Advising Partner Bridgette is a senior executive with more than 15 years of results-oriented experience in leading business-driven implementations of technology-enabled solutions and capabilities. Her projects focus on helping clients design and implement the sustainable and repeatable processes, actionable measurement frameworks and organizational alignment solutions that are critical but often overlooked in IT-managed implementations. She leverages proven methodologies to gauge each client's appetite for change and to develop a detailed "playbook" that outlines the short and longer-term initiatives (above and beyond the technology implementation) required for successful organizational adoption of the implemented solutions. Bridgette has worked with fortune 500 clients across the telecommunications, financial services, insurance, hospitality, and member marketing industries throughout North America, South America and Western Europe. She holds a Masters of Business Administration in Information Systems from George State University. Dr. Susan V. Scott – Advisor Senior Lecturer – Department of Information Systems, London School of Economics, London, England Susan is a Senior Lecturer in the Information Systems Department at the London School of Economics where she pursues research focusing of the role of information systems in the transformation of financial services. Susan is active in bridging the gap between academia and industry. In 2001 she founded a Corporate Academic Funding Consortium, which sponsored the ‘Moving Markets: Strategic Developments in Clearing and Settlement’ project. Susan is also an active researcher in the Centre for Economic Performance research program on ‘Productivity and Innovation’. The program looks at the role of information and communication technologies, new organizational practices, skills, the structure of labor and product markets in shaping innovation and productivity. Dr. Gus Hosein – Advisor Visiting Senior Fellow – Information Systems and Innovation Group, the Department of Management, London School of Economics, London, England Gus is a Visiting Senior Fellow at the London School of Economics and a widely respected expert in the field of Information Systems. His thought leadership and ground-breaking work on the UK Identity Card project was extremely influential in the UK government debate in both the House of Lords and the House of Commons and is credited for getting Dr. Hosein included in the 2005 list of top 50 “Agenda Setters” in the technology industry by Silicon.com. On top of being an advisor to a number of non-governmental organisations, he is a Senior Consultant with 80/20 Thinking, a privacy consultancy company, where he has recently evaluated UN programs. Dr. Hosein is a frequent speaker at numerous conferences, NGOs, and various private and public organizations each year. He is a Chartered Fellow of the British Computing Society and a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts. Jennifer B. Luken – Advisor President — JKB Consulting Group Jennifer is a senior-level management, human resources, and communication consultant. She has over 14 years of experience in addressing the communication, behavioral, and implementation issues involved in all types of organizational transformation. Her areas of expertise include strategic human resources design and implementation, internal change communication, organizational diagnosis and workforce analysis, performance management, coaching, and training. Jennifer’s professional experience includes senior leadership positions at leading consulting firms such as Mercer Human Resource Consulting, Burson-Marsteller and Towers Perrin. Her previous clients include Astra Zeneca, ChevronTexaco, EDS, Freddie Mac, , IBM, The International Monetary Fund, Johnson & Johnson, Lucent Technologies Inc., Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co., and Mount Sinai NYU Health Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University and a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University K (Murphy) Wasko – Advisor Senior Manager – Stanley Associates K (yes, that is really her name!) is a professional program manager with twenty years of cross-industry experience, where she has provided full project lifecycle support for large-scale learning projects including change management, communications, implementation, and deployment across a wide range of industries including military, government, high-tech, newspaper, and industrial. She has significant experience in the following: management and leadership development programs, training program design, delivery, and evaluation, program/project management, marketing, business development, and management of logistical planning. |
